Living a life of gratitude can make your life so much more fulfilling.

Gratitude.

Many nights and mornings, I make it a habit to take a moment for a gratitude session. I find a quiet spot, close my eyes, and think about all the things and people I’m grateful for. I don’t do it every day, but let me tell you, when I do, it truly makes me feel good.

Why should that be?

“Gratitude is a powerful catalyst for happiness. It’s the spark that lights a fire of joy in your soul.”
– Amy Collette

Why can simply focusing on the people and things I’m thankful for have such a significant impact on my life?

It’s a lovely reminder of all the good things in your life. It brings happiness to the wonderful people in your life, whether they’re your loved ones or just a kind stranger you’ve crossed paths with.

When you appreciate your spouse and children’s good health and safety, it’s hard to worry about little things. It’s also hard to stress about bills when you’re thankful to have a roof over your head.

Me? What am I thankful for in my little gratitude session?

Thank you

Every day is different.
