Charlie’s World is a remarkable museum in Corsier-sur-Vevey on the banks of Lake Leman (mostly known as Lake Geneva) in Switzerland, dedicated to the legendary Charlie Chaplin. It celebrates his life, family, and iconic cinematic works through engaging exhibitions and interactive displays.

For me, Charlie Chaplins represents a powerful connection to my childhood. I have such fond memories of watching his silent films, like “The Kid” and “City Lights,” with my dad on lazy Sunday afternoons. We would share countless laughs as we watched his genius for physical comedy and heartfelt storytelling unfold on the screen. My dad, an avid fan of Chaplin, often shared anecdotes about the actor’s life, deepening my appreciation for his art.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chaplin’s World, and it took me on a wonderful trip down memory lane!
Sharing this experience with my niece, Carla, made it even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time exploring Charlie’s World together!
I genuinely hope this experience warms your heart and reminds you of the magic that cinema can bring.
