We started the day with clear skies, scorching heat, and humidity: Humidity kills me. However, we ended up with a dramatic storm and pouring rain in the evening, adding to the adventure.

During our visit, the bustling crowds even caused us to get stuck in “traffic” at one point. Which, in retrospect, was quite amusing.
The air quality may not be the best due to the boats’ engines, making breathing challenging at times due to the smoke. However, you’ll have ample time to explore, sample local produce, and capture numerous photographs.
Damnoen Saduak is undeniably the most popular market for good reason; it guarantees the quintessential floating market experience despite not always feeling entirely authentic.
