Imagine waking up each day filled with excitement for the life that awaits you, thrilled to be alive, and ready to conquer the day’s challenges. How many days do you experience this exhilarating feeling?
If your answer is “often,” then congratulations! That’s a fantastic way to live — but you’re in the minority.
Most people need to be more enthusiastic about their lives instead of just going through the motions. If you do not feel this way, it’s okay – everyone experiences life differently. There isn’t a “right” way to be.
However, if you’d like to feel more energized about life, there are ways to develop that mindset.
Living in a state of enthusiasm
Imagine what it would be like to wake up feeling more excited about life each day. How about feeling enthusiastic about the challenges at work, in your relationships, and even during your workouts?

Life is fantastic, and we are lucky to be alive in this beautiful world. We might only sometimes fully realize this luck, and that’s okay. But there’s always the chance to experience more amazement and joy in our days.
When you wake up with a lot of work, you can feel burdened, overwhelmed, or excited by the meaningful things you’re taking on. Both approaches are valid, but they lead to entirely different experiences. We have a choice in how we approach our day. What if we approached each task with wonder and an open heart? What if each action throughout the day were an expression of love?
What is hindering our progress?

All of that sounds good, but some things get in the way of living life this way; for example, Feeling unenthusiastic about life often stems from repeated disappointment, leading to a sense of purposelessness and built-up pain, fear, resentment, anger, self-judgment, and sadness.
We naturally develop patterns of thinking and feeling based on our experiences of grief, loss, hurt, anger, and fear. Over time, these patterns can cause us to become less open-hearted toward the world. This is a normal part of life.
Let go of the Obstacles.

If what was mentioned represents barriers in our hearts, wouldn’t letting go of these obstacles free us?
Letting go of the built-up obstacles is simple but not necessarily easy. For example, when negative emotions trigger me, I acknowledge them and decide to release them. I sit quietly and fully feel the emotion, then relax and let it pass through me as an energy experience.
Afterward, I show gratitude to myself and love the letting-go process. Releasing an obstacle may take several sessions, but the more you surrender and feel it, letting it pass through you, the less it will remain in you. You’ll be freed.
A thought
Remember, embracing the practice of letting go leads to a greater openness of heart and a natural increase in enthusiasm toward life. By committing to this practice, you will develop a more positive and sincere attitude.
